How To Request a Refund
You can request a refund if you have accidentally purchased a Emergency Procedures Manual(EPM). This request for a refund must be submitted before the product is shipped. The item cannot be exchanged.
1. Please email sales@beawaresolutions.com.au to request a refund and we will assign you a case number.
2. Within your email please set out the reasons for your request, including the membership that you purchased and the reason you intended to pay for a membership.
3. We will attempt to rectify the problem at the earliest opportunity.
Refund Exception
If you have used the EPM for any reason than you are ineligible for a refund.
Exchanges
The item cannot be exchanged.
