Beaware Solutions is currently developing a very impressive building management package with Essential
Facilities Management that will provide building owners and representatives with an effective and efficient response to
the requirements of regulatory bodies and legislation. The increasing demands of Occupational Health and Safety legislation
demands specialised risk management in all facets of facility management. We can provide the solution.
As a member of the Risk Management Institution of Australasia our company will be using the Aust Standards Handbook 167
for security management as well as the Security Risk Management Book of Knowledge (SRMBoK). The latter will be launched
soon.
The services concentrate on Safety Audits (to ensure compliance with OHS Regulations) and independent Audits of OHS
Management Systems, Security Audits (as above), Emergency Management including evacuation floor plans and action plans,

 Safety Audit.
Using AS4801 Auditing OHS Management Systems and AS4360 Risk Management our consultants can audit all aspects of a company and/or
premises to identify the strengths and weaknesses of OHS compliance. The audit also incorporates lighting and pedestrian safety within car parks. A
similar survey was conducted on Unitingcare and RTA premises in Sydney in 2007.
Security Audit.
Using HB167 Security Risk Management and AS4360 Risk Management as well as valuable years experience within a police environment,
our consultants can identify the strengths and weaknesses of security processes and procedures and make recommendations for improvements in those
areas. A similar survey was conducted on Parramatta Stadium in 2007.
Car Park Audit.
Using Australian Standards and Local Council requirements, as well as numerous years experience in traffic management, our consultants can conduct
a safety and security audit on any car park and provide written recommendations on areas of improvement through risk

production of a Risk Management Plan using AS4360 and Codes of Practice.
Several clients of Strata Associates Pty Ltd, a leading strata management group in metropolitan Sydney, NSW, have welcomed the introduction of a Risk
Management Plan and ongoing management through Beaware Solutions. Being older buildings, they are subject to asbestos monitoring and risk management
of electrical systems and plant and equipment. The mentioned areas are just a small part of the Risk Management Plan.

AUSTRALIAN Standard 3745 has identified a more complex definition to the term 'emergency', with any evacuation procedure related to
any emergency, including bomb threats, gas leaks etc.
Beaware Solutions has developed a comprehensive but easy to understand emergency Procedures
Manual that is fully compliant with the Standard. It clearly identifies the roles and responsibilities of each member of the Emergency Control
Organisation and the role of the Emergency Planning Committee. Our consultants are able to work with both groups in formalising the Manual as well as
achieving the required training and equipment for the roles.
